Terms & Conditions


Price :        

        Delivery terms are FOB Bangkok, Thailand. Please contact us for terms of delivery on C&F basis, the prices are not final, discount pricing is available and applicable. The price is subject to change without notice.


Minimum order :

        The general minimum order quantity is USD8,000 combined product items.


Delivery & production :

        After order confirmation, please allow us 45-60 days lead-time for production process. Production time is approximate. For smooth processing of your order, please contact us for confirmation o lead-time before order. Confirmation lead-time may vary depending on quantity, seasons, availability of raw material and component.


Payment :

        Irrevocable L/C at sight or 50% deposit/balance 3 days before shipment. L/C at sight is only acceptable for the invoice amount USD12,000 up and all banking charge outside Thailand are of the account of customers.


Quality :

         All orders are strictly quality controlled before shipment. Please contact us prior to ordering and specific quality requirements.


Banking information :

        The detailed banking information will be enclosing in Performa Invoice. The all payment have to be credited to the beneficiary of " Thai Plastic Handicraft Co., Ltd."


Agency :

        Agency term; as the buying agent, we provides the comprised of supplier pre-qualification, negotiation and inspection.


Art work : (Incase special made to order)

- Supplying your pattern digitally ;

        Please submit your graphic files, in adobe Illustrator or Photoshop formats and include all typefaces or convert to letter contours, convert fonts (text) to outlines.


- Supplying your pattern on page ;

        You can send us your pattern on paper, we always ask for a clean and good quality. Also specify of possible the color reference (s) of your pattern and send via fax but kindly indicate the specific typeface.

Package :

        The standard packaging in carton.


Sample policy :

         Convince yourself of the quality of our products by ordering samples. Sample charges apply but we will reimburse upon confirmation of the order (Seller allowed buyer to deduction cost of sample in L/C or before T/T amount). All samples are sent on collect basis.


Shipping :

        We're normally delivery the cargo by vessel. Air shipment requires special instruction. All air package are rated by size or weight – whichever is greater. Dimensional weight will in most cases exceed actual weigh. We work with our main forwarder but will also work with your nominated forwarders.
